I have changed my email so it is not hard. Wordpress will want to verify that it is you and not a scammer who broke into your account who is wanting to change the email. It will a confirmation message to the original email that you have to click before the email change will be made.

Let's say someone searches in google a keyword that populates my website but its from a specific blog post a few months back. What will show up on google search? My blog title

Google will pull up what is the most relevant. Not all the time. You can be ranked twice on the same page.
They can pull up your content twice just like your screen shot shows.
. If they find the content relevant enough then they will bring it up twice if they must. From Your Meta and from your keywords you write even.
Yes you can be ranked twice just by Keywords and again for the Meta title.
Jay has some prime examples of this and how he achieves it inside Live training.
