Update On the PayPal Saga
On the heels of Deelilah's post regarding PayPal, there is another flip flop from PayPal.
The chatter on Twitter right now is that PayPal has reinstated it’s damages policy of $2500 per violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. After they announced the cancellation of said addition to their policy, stocks went back up when Amazon said they were now accepting Venmo (OWNED BY PAYPAL) as a payment method.
Here is a screenshot of an excerpt from the TOS at PayPal:

From PayPal's website, following is a screenshot from their Acceptable Use Policy. It is their definition of prohibited activities which include but are not limited to this portion.

Fortunately, there are many forms of instant payment these days.
Thanks Deelilah, for bringing this to everyone's attention in the first place!

Thanks for the update. I can’t believe they’re doing this— again.
