Negative Comments
Wow so I have not been really active on my site nor on here and today I logged in to my site to write a post and I see 5 new comments. This excited me and then I read them and seen it was all negative, ugh some poeple have some nerve. Needless to say I didn't approve the comment, due to the content and it was not relative to the post it was made on. The person also left the same comment on the 5 posts.
Anyways the comment has lit a fire in me that had died down so I am thankful for that :)
Gotta keep thinking positive :)
Update-
I am almost positive I know who it was but I can't prove it. It was not someone from here I know that for sure, I have never had any issues with anyone here at WA. I learned last night that one of my blog posts is ranking on the first page of Google and it isn't a very positive review on a company/opportunity. In my defense I did tell the lady that was trying to get me to sign up with that said company, that I would be writing a blog about it. Her response was "well let's hope you have a good experience" and I didn't have a good experience and wrote about it. Only giving information that was relavent to the situation.

Did you check if it was a spam? Anyway stay positive and focused on whatever you would like to achieve. Don't allow anyone to distract you. Thanks for sharing this with the community.

If it is the same comment on many post then you can block it, there is option in settings. See Nathaniell's suggestion here, I used it: Site under attack, comments on all posts? Otherwise, a negative comment can be very useful, you can make the point again. The person might reply and you can reply again. Marcus blogged recently about such an experience, it resulted in the discussion which was as long as the post.

I had thought of approving 1 of the comments to respond and maybe it would prove to be useful to me, just not sure I want that kind of drama
You can probably just spam that commenter so if he or she tries to comment again, it'll go into your spam folder.
Don't be discouraged and glad you found new fire in your belly because of it! Always looking on the positive side is awesome!! :)
Thanks, I am pretty sure they used fake information as for as email and the name was definitely fake :)
