There are two main search tools in WA messaging.

Clicking on the "+" button brings you to a blank message template. At the top is a box that allows you to search for the name of a WAer with whom you may or may not have been in contact previously.

Just type part of a profile name into the box and a list of possibilities will appear. Scanning the list should produce the name you want.

You will find that you cannot enter your own profile name. If you do enter a portion of your name, the remainder of your name will not come up. Remember the old Pat Boone song, "I'm Gonna Write Myself a Letter"? You can't do that here.

The second search tool is the search box to the right of the messaging tool bar.

Using this box, you simply add part of a training, message or profile name. This search will take you to WAers with whom you have communicated previously as defined by the qualifying tabs.
