Just below the full tool bar in the messaging center, is the "Settings" button.

When the box next to this button is unchecked, you can turn "Quick Reply" off or on. If quick reply is on, the cursor jumps down to the reply box as soon as a message is opened. If off, you must read the message or scroll down to get to the reply box.

When the settings box is checked, it becomes an action box with a drop down menu.

All messages in the designated groups will be selected for the action selected. For example, a group of read messages in the out box will all appear to be unread if "Mark Unread" is selected.

The arrow designates whether messages are displayed newest to oldest or oldest to newest. The arrow pointing up organizes the messages with the oldest at the top.
