The Message Icon is the grey box to the right of the top of the WA home dashboard.

My message icon indicates that i have no new messages. Had there been a messages,the number of messages would have shown where the "0" is. The number would be in red. One of the first things I see when I look at my home page is the red message number.

When you click on the message icon, a new menu opens across the top of the home page.

All of these tabs have important functions that help enhance the WA messaging experience. Several groups of operations represented by these tabs.
