I hope that this tutorial has opened your eyes as to the usefulness of the File Manager. Although this tutorial uses WA free hosting for the examples and features, ALL web hosting services have a File Manager. Some call it by a different name but you can do everything I showed you here with any web hosting service. To be honest, WA's free hosting is fairly limited compared to a full featured hosting service.

Tremblant -- Yeah, it really comes in handy. Be sure to back it up after all of your changes are made and download it to your pc so you have an up to date copy. Check out my SIG for my webhost. Been using them for about 8 years now. All individual IP addresses at no extra charge.

Maz - You are welcome. You can do a heck of a lot with the file manager. If you are not hosting at WA, most hosting companies allow you to zip/unzip files. This is a real quick way to upload/download your entire site.

Thanks, it answered some of my questions and challenges, especially I was finally able to change the title "home" of my web page to something else easily; what web hosting co. do you suggest?

Thanks for a great tutorial. I didn't realise that you could edit the html code in File Manager.
