8. Place everything at the desired place and then make it a whole image by ‘select All’ and ‘Grouping’.

First you click on select then click on select all. The image will look like this:

Then you click on arrange and then click on ‘group’.

All separate images will get combined to create one complete image and would look like this (All separate selections will disappear)

This is a grouped image which can be selected and copied as one object.

9. Copy the resulting image, paste it on Paint, resize it and then save it as .JPEG .JPG, .GIF or .PNG file. Your image is ready.

Using Print Screen Facility

By using print screen you can capture a screen. The captured screen can be pasted on Paint. Then you may crop the desired portion of your image. The image can be used for further processing or may be saved in image files for further use.

Advanced image processing softwares are automated. By using ‘paint’ and ‘PowerPoint’ you can develop your understanding about managing images before you may use other softwares.

This training would be more useful for them who have never tried ‘Paint’ and ‘PowerPoint’. If you find this training useful, you may please ‘like’ it. For any question, please feel free to ask.

For those who do not have (nor want to buy) PowerPoint software, there is a free open-source equivalent contained in the Open Office suite of tools. The Presentation tool has much of the same functionality as PowerPoint.

Information on the OpenOffice suite (word processor, spreadsheet, database, drawing program, formula, and presentation tool) can be found at:
