8. Place everything at the desired place and then make it a whole image by ‘select All’ and ‘Grouping’.
First you click on select then click on select all. The image will look like this:Then you click on arrange and then click on ‘group’.
All separate images will get combined to create one complete image and would look like this (All separate selections will disappear)
This is a grouped image which can be selected and copied as one object.
9. Copy the resulting image, paste it on Paint, resize it and then save it as .JPEG .JPG, .GIF or .PNG file. Your image is ready.
Using Print Screen Facility
By using print screen you can capture a screen. The captured screen can be pasted on Paint. Then you may crop the desired portion of your image. The image can be used for further processing or may be saved in image files for further use.
Advanced image processing softwares are automated. By using ‘paint’ and ‘PowerPoint’ you can develop your understanding about managing images before you may use other softwares.
