Instagram Tools

Active users of Instagram will appreciate any opportunity to save time and effort with their social marketing. Imagine having to spend just 3 hours to produce and schedule your Instagram posts for the month!

Well, if you're up for it then you will find these 5 Instagram tools suitable for your needs.

1 - Hootsuite

This is one of the most popular social media management tools for scheduling posts. It is a perfect set of tools for managing your profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and many other social media networks.

For those who already use Hootsuite for managing other social media profiles, all that is needed is to simply add your Instagram account and you’re good to go. In order to post directly to your Instagram account, you have to install the Hootsuite mobile app.

Once the mobile app is installed on your device, you will receive a notification that will tell you when to start publishing your scheduled post. After which you'll have to open Instagram on your device and publish the post you've already scheduled.

Hootsuite does offer a free account though this comes with limits on the number of scheduled posts you're allowed. The free account allows just one user and three social profiles plus only 30 scheduled posts across those social platforms.

Also, a free Hootsuite account is only allowed to schedule messages as a list while an upgrade gives you access to many more features. The Professional plan on Hootsuite can be obtained at a price of $29 per month.

Hootsuite is a user-friendly app that comes both in desktop version and mobile app and it includes real-time analysis, bulk scheduling, and auto-schedule feature.

If you want to give the Instagram tool a trial, you can sign up to enjoy a 30-day free trial before committing to a professional plan.

Great overview of several tools to do Instagramming. I have Tailwind, which is great. But what is a bit annoying is that I have to pay for both the Pinterest and the Instagram function for each website I have.

I am also on the trial on Hootsuite and free version of Later.

I am a bit in favour of Tailwind at the moment. I have still some time before the Hootsuite trial ends, but it seems promising at the moment.

That's so true, Roy. A lot of people already know how significant and useful the Tailwind tool is as far as automating posts, building traffic and growing a network of followers is concerned.

Thank you Israel. I am a member of tailwind but I must admit that I struggle using I so far I've only scheduled Pinterest pins with it. Maybe it's time to try one of the others as I like to do most of my work using my mobile. Jim

Wow, we're like-minded, Jim. I equally love to do most things using mobile devices except for typing articles. Glad you found my Instagram training interesting!

The Tailwind blog has great guides to get to grips with how ot use both the tool and Instagram/Pinterest. Reommended reading. They also have planners that gives you ideas for what to pin or post every week and month throughout the year.
