4 - Agorapulse

This is a social media tool with great features such as advanced analytics and support for Instagram video auto-publishing. It offers a mobile app (Android and iOS devices) that makes it easy for you to schedule your Instagram posts.

By adding social networks to your Agorapulse mobile app, you get distinct tabs labeled Inbox, Listening, Publishing, Fans, and Followers. The Listening label enables you to find hashtags and mentions of your brand across different social networks.

From the Reports tab, you will discover detailed profile stats such as likes and followers. You can also add automated rules that will help you moderate comments and mentions.

It has support for such platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and it starts at $49 per month for its basic plan.

5 - Later

Later is a multi-platform (desktop, web, and mobile) app that enables seamless publishing of Instagram content based on pre-arranged schedules. The platform allows users to upload images from Later or from users' devices and schedule the same for publishing.

Once ready for use, you will receive a notification from Later before using the app to schedule your posts. Users of this service are allowed to access their accounts from the computer and upload images from a hard drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

Features include the ability to organize posts in a visual calendar, schedule based on preference, access analytics, search, and repost. There's a free version that comes with some limits, though the paid plan starts at $9 per month or $7 per month if paid annually.

Great overview of several tools to do Instagramming. I have Tailwind, which is great. But what is a bit annoying is that I have to pay for both the Pinterest and the Instagram function for each website I have.

I am also on the trial on Hootsuite and free version of Later.

I am a bit in favour of Tailwind at the moment. I have still some time before the Hootsuite trial ends, but it seems promising at the moment.

That's so true, Roy. A lot of people already know how significant and useful the Tailwind tool is as far as automating posts, building traffic and growing a network of followers is concerned.

Thank you Israel. I am a member of tailwind but I must admit that I struggle using I so far I've only scheduled Pinterest pins with it. Maybe it's time to try one of the others as I like to do most of my work using my mobile. Jim

Wow, we're like-minded, Jim. I equally love to do most things using mobile devices except for typing articles. Glad you found my Instagram training interesting!

The Tailwind blog has great guides to get to grips with how ot use both the tool and Instagram/Pinterest. Reommended reading. They also have planners that gives you ideas for what to pin or post every week and month throughout the year.
