Now that these pages have been set in your Reading Settings, you can begin the process of configuring your websites design.
To do this, go to Appearance > Customize
Select Front Page Settings
Then selectBanner Section
Banner as Slider is selected by default in the drop down menu, you will want to change this to the Static/Video Newsletter Banner option.
An area will appear with an image, you can keep the image as it is if it suits your niche, or you can click the Add new image button to add an image of your own.
When adding your own image, you want to be sure that the image is large enough to fill the top area of your landing page, and you also need to make sure that the predominant area of your image is on the left.
The opt-in form will be over this image, placed to the right of it, so you want to ensure that the form does not cover up the pertinent part of your image.
Once you click the Add new image button, you will have a window open where you can upload an image the same way you upload images for your posts.
Once the image is uploaded, you will also be provided a blue Select and Crop button. Click this button so that you can crop your image to fit the theme.
The lit area is the area that will display once cropped, the darker area will be cut from the image.
Once you have selected the area you'd like to crop, click the blue Crop Image button in the bottom right corner.
Once you have done this, click the blue Publish button to save your changes.
In the next lesson, we will be creating and adding the opt-form for your landing page.

I thank you so much for this training, I need it and I really appreciate it if you willing to give me an answer.
I using the Blossom Themes Email Newletter, and the question is How to set the landing page width/ form width on the page or post? because it appear full on the footer area of my welcome page.
The otherside, I still want the sidebar appears on the right side of my page.

I just had a very small issue.
I don't want my About me to be shown on the landing page. Would you recommend showing it or not? And for some reason, the testimonial is going above my call to action section, and my "white space" is not created between the footer and the call to action. Is there a way to change it?
I have only been going for 2 months so my selection of products from the affiliate companies are a little scant. Therefore my text widgets are also a little scant. Will I just run and fix/upgrade as I go.
Thanks again.
