The way I understand it, "education resource" would be used to put "Wealthy Affiliate" in context. If you also said, "For great training about internet marketing check out Wealthy Affiliate." "training and "interenet marketing" would also be used to identify the context. Long tail key words have become very important in SERP. Also, the more we can incorporate words and phrases that set up the context the better. Try to use several different context related key words throughout an article rather than repeating a keyword phrase.
