This allows you to schedule out a period of time in which you would like to arrive at the goal, whether being education, business, campaign or event. They are simply seven 45-minute time blocks as would be ample time for most daily projects (writing an article; email sequence; routine campaign maintenance, etc.)
A "full" school day would suffice for folks who are not in full-time employment. To ensure your success, if you have the available time...do a "school semester" and put your learning & implementation on turbo!
Working folks can create shortened curriculum to more of a "night school" schedule. Schedules can and should be created your personal circumstances.
The ultimate aim, for both myself, and others reading, is to get into the habit of approaching your business and education by routinizing them. This should not be a drudgery (as was the case in school and employment) but your own "curriculum" on reaching new plateaus. Remember that, as bad as we may have hated authoritative environments we were in, but must resolved within ourselves that at least some routinization is needed to successfully trek forward in business.

Discipline is required here. This is true in all phases of mastering time management. It should also be approached as an athlete does training and preparation for the big event. My little system is like any other...it will not work if you don't follow through. Scheduling like this is very easy to set up.
