Your comment settings

Check your comment settings, how do your comments display?

I see websites where the upper comment is from 2016.

Go to your WP dashboard> discussions and adjust the settings

  1. What is said by automatically close comments on articles older that ...
  2. Enable threaded nested comments ... levels deep; that means that your answered and more discussion is placed beneath each other, that's nice to read, instead of reading first 5 comments and then 5 answers totally disconnected
  3. Break comments into pages, nice, if WordPress supplies pages, they don't, so when your number is 5, there are 5 comments show, and no way to click to the next page. When you choose for the first page by default, it will only show old comments.
  4. Comments should be displayed with the NEWER comments at the top of each page.

I wish you a lot of great moments visiting other peoples websites and placing comments!

Thanks for simplify the explanation how this works Loes.
Am I correct to say that to keep 'Certified', you need to be above 50/50? I haven't got the time to check site-comment V2 yet.
Appreciate your sharing.

Loes,
This is good to know. I'm assuming you either can request a comment for two you've provided or get paid. Not both though. Please correct me if this is wrong. Thanks!

No, you get paid $1 for every 4 comments, and can keep the credits to ask for comments, but the credits do disappear when you are not using them and skip a few days, the credits from the 1st day, are disappearing on the 31st day

I hope I don't explain this in Greek ;)

every two comments will give you $0.50 which is not bad.
