How it Looks
You can view your website to see how the widget will look now that it is in your sidebar.
If you don't like where it is located you can go back into Widgets in WordPress and drag it to a new position.
This is just a very simple example of a visual Flipboard profile link you can add to your sidebar. I know the creative members here on WA will come up with some much better looking variations.
If you choose to use the Flipboard logo in your image, be aware that they have some fairly specific requirements for how it is displayed. You can read more about the brand guidelines here:
https://about.flipboard.com/brand-guidelines/
The good news is that they have a couple freely downloadable logo files with many different sizes you can use.
Conclusion
There you have it. An easy way to make your own Flipboard profile widget that gives your website visitors a way to connect with you on this exciting social media site.
I hope you found this training helpful,

On a positive note, my flipboard widget works perfectly just the way it is.
Using the code originally provided by flipboard, and without adding any additional code, my flipboard widget already contains my main photo that I selected from my site and by clicking on the widget, you will be taken directly to my flipboard Magazine/profile.
I believe that is the sole purpose of the widget. Am I wrong?
