The Form Builder is a tool in MailChimp that you can access from your list.Let’s have a brief overview of how things in Form Builder work. You can customize all your forms, signup response emails, and different landing pages using the working of the Form Builder using the three most important tabs it has, thus; Build it, design it, and translate it.

To get to the Form Builder, navigate the list page, click the drop-down menu next to the list you are to work with and choose Signup Form. From the Form, options choose the General Form to open the Form Builder for your list.

The default field is a simple generated Form which has three to four areas; Email Address, First name, and Last name until you decide what additional information you want to collect from your subscribers such as the birthday. You can add those codes in the signup form in the build it tab. The build it tab will create your structure form for your other forms, like embedded and popup form you can add to your website.
