Is there a way to cancel my yearly subscription and get refund for the remaining time? I paid $299 in December. It's not supposed to auto renew until April 2021.
Hi - you can cancel by clicking on your profile photo, going to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing. There are no refunds as per the terms and conditions of this platform. Your referrer will have been paid his commission based on your payment.
What do you mean? I paid yearly premium on May 4 because I had a personal site from another Hosting provider so Kyle recommended me the yearly option. If I cancel with 1 month, June 4, then I just used up 1/12 of what I paid in CAD. What if I want to end my subscription with WA?
Hi - as I said, there are no refunds as per the terms and conditions. You can complete the cancellation process in your account settings, but you will remain a premium member with website hosting for the remainder of your yearly subscription.
If you believe you have an exceptional case, then you need to discuss this with Kyle. Only he can make the decision. I suggest you leave a message on his profile page, as he checks that every day. He receives literally thousands of private messages every day, so that is not the best method of contact.
If you just want to take a break , you can cancel for now and still come back later when you are ready to continue.

Hi Carmen, another thing you can do before you cancel is to go re-read the WA Policy. Maybe that can give you a direct answer.
But, if you are's suspending your membership to take a break for some weeks -months, in that case, your membership status will remain active.
I hope you give it a second thought.

The domain that you are using for Shopify is it brand new or have you had your website live with WA? If so, are you using a special plugin or something similar?
