Keywords are nothing more than a word or a group of words that people will type into a search engine like Google to find an answer to what they are looking for. We use keywords in our content so Google knows to show our content in the search results for a relevant query.

HOW DOES GOOGLE KNOW OUR KEYWORDS

The Google indexing and ranking algorithm has evolved so much within the past six years since I started, that you no longer need to mention your target keyword more than twice. Placing your target keyword more often in your content does not help and can actually hurt your rankings.

Search engines nowadays can easily know what your content is all about by just reading it. This is accomplished in a matter of seconds when your content gets indexed. The indexing of your content is when the search engine spiders take a record of every single word.

Think of indexing as Google’s way of reading your content. If you were reading a piece of content and its target keyword was in the title, would you not know what the article was about by seeing the keyword in the title and/or in the content once or twice? Google does!

NEXT UP = How many times should you use your target keywords.

Great post!
One question i have, is it good to use several of keywords in one article? as you mentioned above, that you will make a example to include the 3 Keywords?

Also, what is good to write in the mate description the title again or more keywords?

You can use several keywords in the same article as long as they are all different and you use them no more than twice. But do not get so caught up on the use of keywords because Google ranks you based on how informative your content is.

Example, if your keyword is = What is the best Gluten Free Keto Diet

That keyword should appear as your Title. Then if you repeat it again within the first 140 characters of your content, it will automatically appear in your Meta Description. However if you cannot use it in your first 140 characters of your content, re-type your Meta Description using your keyword and make it sound relevant.

Your Meta Description must sound relevant, make sense and describe what your content is about. Your content should be in-depth and completely informative that will fully explain / answer the query keyword What is the best Gluten Free Keto Diet.

You can have a 2,000 word post and only mention your keyword once or twice and still rank number one on Google, because Google ranks you on how well your content answers the keyword and not how many times your keyword appears.

In short, use the keyword in your Title, in your Meta Description, and once or twice in your content. THAT'S IT! You do not and should not repeat that keyword again. Just make sure your content fully answers your keyword query. Quality content is more important.
