You can link also to any place in your side bar too from your top menu

If you want to link to your most popular posts in you sidebar, you can create a Custom link in your Top Menu with #Sidebar

Just above your Side bar widgets with the popular posts you place the Custom HTML widget with the code

<a name="Sidebar"></a>

I like it Loes.
WP is not my strong point though.
So I have a question.
What happens to those pages/posts URL you are linking to?

What I mean is if you have them in your Site Info wont that make the Posts/Pages URLs redundant and you would have to delete them in Google Console?

The URL' s are not deleted, only the links to it in the top menu, that has no effect in Google
