Setting Up Facebook Schedule Live

For Scheduling a Live Video, it is similar to setting up a Live video Now. The primary difference is setting your calendar and add an announcement image for people to stay tune to your LIVE video.

Set your date and the time. I have been scheduling the day before. This seems to work for me right now. However, you can set up a week before and send out a reminder the day before.

From my last tutorial (https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-do-a-faceboo...), I gave an example of sharing on your timeline. For this video, I am going to show an example where I share on a Facebook page that I manage. When I choose this option two more choices became available. These choices are not accessible when sharing on your timeline or sharing in a group.

• Crosspost to More Pages – if you have more than one page that you manage, you can crosspost the LIVE video to those pages at the same time. In my example, I have two other pages. I choose not to crosspost because the other two pages are different topics.
  
• Audience Settings – This option allows you to share your content with a minimum age, allow selected locations, or restricted locations. By default, there is no age limit and no restrictions.
  

Next, I add an image for my announcement. Right below “Audience Settings” is “Select an Image”. Press on “Select an Image”. The following window appears. I select my image then press open (bottom right corner of the popped up window – not in this picture).

At this point, I am not familiar with gaming. As you can see, you can stream gameplay by clicking the down arrow to the right of Gaming. Tag a game you would like to stream.
