How to Reply to Positive Reviews

While you don’t necessarily have to respond to every positive review you receive, it’s important to respond to some of those reviews. Here’s the guide:

  • Begin by appreciating the client. Let them know you are glad they had a wonderful experience with your brand.
  • Utilize keywords. Using relevant keywords will ensure that the review shows up in local search results. Insert your business name and relevant keywords. “Thank you for choosing the Pioneer Publishing House! Glad you had a great experience with publishing your book with us”
  • Do not talk about yourself, but leverage this as an opportunity to promote exclusive offers or share new services or products with them. “Did you know we just installed a more giant printing machine and improved our loyalty bonus for local publishers? Visit and claim your loyalty bonus soonest!”
  • Don’t be caught stuffing keywords in your replies. If you do, you’ll look like a spammer and penalty is severe from Google. Once you’ve mentioned your industry and company name, that’s okay.
  • Leverage some additional marketing power from this review by sharing it on social media and your personal website.
