1. Use Google AutoComplete
Many times, our first point of call in research is search engines, of which, Google is the most popular. Far beyond other methods, I strongly feel it is the easiest way to finding topics.
Let us get to it
You would see a drop-down every time you start typing to search Google, this drop-down attempt to give you a relevant suggestion that can finish what you are typing. The drop-down is a list of what other people have attempted to search; it is a show of what people are in search of.
As shown above, I start searching for diabetes, Google is already showing me ideas I can pick from. What they are presenting to you, are good ideas other people are searching for. So you can play around with your keywords and come up with relevant topic ideas
2. Get information from your readers
The essence of writing is meeting your audience’s needs, as such, they are the best people to tell you what to write. How do you go about achieving this?
It is all going to be by interaction, you can use a social media, website or any other medium channel to ask them what they want.
It is simple
You can raise a survey containing some set of questions, the google form is a very simple tool you can use for this. An email newsletter is another option via which you can request for feedback, and you can alternatively use a live question and answer section via Facebook.
If you want to do it on your website, you can create a contact form, tagged as “Suggestion Box”, here you can have your audience leave feedback and at the same time ask questions.
Information you will generate via this means will surprise you, doing any of this will give your audience a voice and at the same time help you generate relevant topics.
Then, your website has about 100 posts within a year. I have never seen such a large website which carries 100 posts and I will not have time reading all of them. But why it is so important to write and publish posts constantly? Could anyone explain it?
Thank you very much.

Great information. I've been drawn to Quora and Reddit recently for content writing ideas. Because I have received emails based on the the groups I have joined (related to my niche) from each forum. The emails give the "itches" from real people and in real time. I will endeavour to "scratch" those itches in my content writing.
If you know what I mean.
