Have a bunch of stuff that you're never going to touch again? Other people may. A great way to make some extra cash is by selling your unwanted items on Ebay!

I doubt any of you haven't heard of Ebay and that is because it's such a big company with A LOT of customers. This means that there are going to be a load of people looking to buy the item that you are never going to touch again. Whether it's one of your kids' old toys, or your old phone, someone's going to want it!

In fact, you can do a lot more than just sell your old, unwanted stuff on Ebay. If you are really into it, you could create a business where you could buy products and sell them for higher prices. Thousands of people are currently doing this and believe it or not, some people actually make a living from doing so... I'm not saying that you'll make a living doing this by any means, but it's any easy way to bring in some profits in your spare time.

There is also the Ebay Partner Network, which is essentially Ebay's affiliate program, which is worth looking into. The best thing about Ebay Partner Network, is that if you refer someone to Ebay and they end up making an account and buying something, depending on which program you are using, you will earn 100-200% of Ebay's revenue on that sale, as well as the standard commission! If you can find an effective way to make people sign up to Ebay on your website, you could be in for a treat!

You can sign up to the Ebay Partner Network here.

Thanks, I actually already knew about most of these alternatives, also for freelancing you could also try odesk, it is very popular and helpful. Loved the information you had to share though. Very much appreciated :D

Yes, odesk also seems to be a good one, but I never tried it myself. I'm glad you liked the training and thanks a lot for the support :)

No problem :) Also if you join ebay partnership as an affiliate, you barely get any of the profit, but it is still profit. You get most of the profit if you are the one selling the item though.

Yeah, you get a percentage of the revenue that Ebay makes. Ebay often takes 10% from every sale, known as the revenue, and you get a percentage of this. As I mentioned, Ebay is particularly good if you can make people sign up to it - if you can do that, then I would recommend it! Otherwise, it's probably wise sticking with Amazon.

Yeah it definitely is, but I actually do both for particular reasons.
