Creating a Fiverr business can be a great way to generate some extra cash. The great thing about Fiverr, is that it is easy to make money on and is appropriate for nearly all audiences, as every person has something they're good at.

As a seller on Fiverr, you can create services called 'gigs', which are services you are willing to provide for $5 (that is why the site is called Fiverr). If you enjoy making logos, your gig could be to "design and create a professional logo for your company", or if you enjoy doing keyword research, your gig could be along the lines of "Complete In-depth Keyword Research For Your Niche". Hopefully you're getting the idea that you can offer pretty much any service!

It's a good idea to create as many gigs as you can, because therefore you will generate more traffic to your gigs, increasing the chances of getting sales. When getting started, it is a good idea to look at some 'buyer requests' and send some offers to try and get your first sale.

You can see some examples below:

As you get more sales, you will gain higher rankings under search results for specific gigs - make sure to do a decent job for every gig that you do, because customers can rate your service. It is important that you have a very high rating, because otherwise your rankings will drop and you will be deprived of certain features such as 'Buyer Requests'.

If you get 10 sales and have great feedback, you will be promoted to a 'Level 1 Seller' and you will be able to offer gig extras, which are essentially ad-ons to your gig. For example, you could offer a special 1 day delivery for an extra $5.

Thanks, I actually already knew about most of these alternatives, also for freelancing you could also try odesk, it is very popular and helpful. Loved the information you had to share though. Very much appreciated :D

Yes, odesk also seems to be a good one, but I never tried it myself. I'm glad you liked the training and thanks a lot for the support :)

No problem :) Also if you join ebay partnership as an affiliate, you barely get any of the profit, but it is still profit. You get most of the profit if you are the one selling the item though.

Yeah, you get a percentage of the revenue that Ebay makes. Ebay often takes 10% from every sale, known as the revenue, and you get a percentage of this. As I mentioned, Ebay is particularly good if you can make people sign up to it - if you can do that, then I would recommend it! Otherwise, it's probably wise sticking with Amazon.
