Sharing Knowledge Of Others
Glad you decided to flip on forward and take that peek! It's really great to share the knowledge of others every chance you get, but what's even better, is when you can give credit where credit is due.
So, I try to make it a point to do just that!
It is in my own thinking and maybe yours too that when you write something and folks can comment and add ideas... then you know that you've done something right! Don't you think so?
Here, I'm going to share with you the awesome ideas that this hard working, determined, entrepreneur, KevonWilson had to share:
" ...you can use basically any image program or even Microsoft Word or PowerPoint (which I use all the time).
A couple points to add:
- If you can't avoid using a large image, then you can shrink it in http://optimizilla.com without losing the quality of the image.
- I prefer to use PNG image formats as sometimes you can get images without any background. This way, you can create any color background you want and the image will fit right in. For example, most images have a white background, so you are restricted in using a banner with a white background, like in your demonstration. But with many PNG images without backgrounds, you can superimpose it on any color background with no worries."
Here is an example of what I did using a PNG image.
- I just did a search for "wealthy affiliate logo PNG" and got one without any background.
- I inserted it on a blue background (you canuse virtually any background you choose).
- I even added a watermark in the background using the same image (I just adjusted the transparency of the image to make it look like a watermark).
- And I did this in PowerPoint. So simple.
Thank you Kevon for sharing this helpful information and giving great examples!
You're advice on using an online optimizer to save the quality of images, and the .png images are truly great pieces of advice for all to walk away with.
Also, thank you for giving me the opportunity to forward your ideas on to all the readers!! It is greatly appreciated! :o)
