Pirate was Google's solution to clamping down on Torrent Sites. We also know this plain and simply ascopying someone else's content and using it claiming ownership. Also better known asPlagiarism.

Google does not tolerate such practice and duly penalizes it. The way this algorithm functions is based upon copyright reports.
