So ... How it works?
It's really simple.
After publishing the invoice, your clients will receive an email notification with a link to the invoice page on your WordPress site.
Where they will see the invoice, with a link to print out the PDF version before making the payment.
And as I said, they can also change their personal information on the given page.
Simple and efficient. Isn't it?
But there is more ...
All the invoices you create can be accessed from WP-Invoice => View All, and you can sort and filter your invoices using the menu on your right hand side.
Also, you'll be able to get a bird’s eye view of your earnings and invoices, by selecting WP-Invoice => Reports.
One more thing ...
The settings page for invoices will change after you save your initial first-time settings.
If you go back to WP-Invoice => Settings, you'll see a bunch of new options.
For example, you can tweak the email templates, you can create multiple templates, you can add line items which allows you to quickly add items into an invoice and you can even import or export your invoice data into an XML file:
And that's it my friends!
