As you can guess, we are going to use a plugin ...
A plugin called WP-Invoice.
Is a popular and flexible plugin that will allow you to easily make your site accept payments.
To put it simple, is a complete e-commerce solutions out of the box.
Here it is:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-invoice/
Upon activation, the plugin will create a new "WP-Invoice" menu item in your WordPress admin area.
As a first step, you'll have to perform a first-time setup.
Go to WP-Invoice => Settings:
First you need to enter your business name as you want it to appear on the invoices.
Next, you need to select a page to display invoices. I recommend you to create a new WordPress page titled "invoices".
Next, you can define the way your invoices will be inserted. I've selected "Place Below Content".
Next, you can choose your default payment method. WP-Invoices comes with multiple payment options. You can choose between Stripe, 2CheckOut, PayPal, Credit Card, or Interkassa payment gateways. And more importantly: you can selectively enable or disable payment gateways and allow your users to choose their preferred payment method! Right now I'll select Credit Card and Paypal.
Here are these basic settings:
After selecting a given payment method, a new tab will appear under the "Basic Setup" panel.
These new tabs will allow you to properly configure that particular payment gateway.
Needless to say, each payment gateway has different settings which you will need to configure by logging into your account on that gateway and getting your API keys.
Here's the PayPal tab for example:
After configuring your payment gateways, don't forget to click the "Save All Settings" button to store your changes!
OK. Let's move forward to the next lesson where I will show you how to create a new invoice.
Brilliant! Thank you, Zsolt
