Yea, trust is an important ranking factor in Google's search algorithm, Jim. Without it, there's no ranking. Thanks for the initiative!

HI Jim. I find this training is helpful. The only thing that puzzles me is the phone numbers and addresses put on my website. Why is that needed? Most of WA website bloggers that I see don’t put their contact info except for email due to privacy and spam reasons. I don’t dare do that but if my site is a local business or an agency offering services, is it still required to list address and phone numbers? I don’t see anyone doing that. Unless is a brick o and mortar business. I don’t put my address or phone number due to privacy also the email get too many spam so removed that, spamming ceased.

It really depends on your business. I wouldn't do it for MMO sites, but I would place it in a footer under contact us if I was selling products. There's nothing more infuriating then not being able to contact someone that you've purchased a product from if you need to discuss an issue with them.
At one time (many years ago) I had a mail order website that listed some 600 different varieties of Daylilies that I had for sale. In this case you definitely need to show your phone number and address.
In all other circumstances it's totally up to you. I'm not saying that you have to do it, merely what Google etc., expect.
