1. Create High-quality Content Often

Google loves original, high-quality content. It will judge the quality of your content based on how your audience enjoys it. Therefore, you should create content that is valuable and of interest to your audience.

You can show that you are an expert in the field and the area by starting a blog. It doesn't matter if you post once per week, but high-quality content is a must. Google will love it.

2. Get More Reviews

Google trusts reviews for obvious reasons, especially if they are posted to your Google My Business page.

3. Check Outdated Content

Although this sounds obvious, you'd be amazed at how few estate agency websites update their content. Your contact information must be up-to-date, not only on your website. Also, ensure that your information is correct on all dictionaries.

You should also ensure that you remove all properties and promotions that are no more available from your site.

4. Avoid Making Mistakes on Your Website

You'd be amazed at how many websites for estate agencies have multiple errors. Google will trust you less if your grammar or coding mistakes are poor.

5. Fix Broken Links

Links and content become outdated over time. Pages are deleted, URLs change, or websites are updated. Broken links can occur, and if they aren't fixed, it shows Google that your website isn't being updated or monitored enough. These can lead users to dead pages, which is bad for the user experience.

Yea, trust is an important ranking factor in Google's search algorithm, Jim. Without it, there's no ranking. Thanks for the initiative!

HI Jim. I find this training is helpful. The only thing that puzzles me is the phone numbers and addresses put on my website. Why is that needed? Most of WA website bloggers that I see don’t put their contact info except for email due to privacy and spam reasons. I don’t dare do that but if my site is a local business or an agency offering services, is it still required to list address and phone numbers? I don’t see anyone doing that. Unless is a brick o and mortar business. I don’t put my address or phone number due to privacy also the email get too many spam so removed that, spamming ceased.

It really depends on your business. I wouldn't do it for MMO sites, but I would place it in a footer under contact us if I was selling products. There's nothing more infuriating then not being able to contact someone that you've purchased a product from if you need to discuss an issue with them.
At one time (many years ago) I had a mail order website that listed some 600 different varieties of Daylilies that I had for sale. In this case you definitely need to show your phone number and address.
In all other circumstances it's totally up to you. I'm not saying that you have to do it, merely what Google etc., expect.
