When you title your post it's important to remember that just because it appears in a search result doesn't mean people are going to instantly click on it.
You have a short amount of real estate to get your target audience's attention.
For this reason it's important to be able to get that attention using a dynamic title. Remember, your keyword needs to be in your title. So this means simply adding something short and sweet to get the attention you want.
“How Can I Get More Traffic to My Blog?” isn’t nearly as eye catching as adding “You’re Blogging Wrong!” to the beginning of it.
A dynamic title can be the difference between someone passing right over your blog and someone finding your precious words on their screen.
Think of something relevant without going over the top.
“Hey idiot, you’re blogging wrong!” would grab attention, but probably not the kind you want.

You have to write naturally, with relevant, quality content.
It's a good idea to not be TOO brief though. An article under 300 words probably could use some more thinking out.
But you don't want to just add words to reach a word count. That's for sure.
