Creating Goals starts with figuring out what it is that you want to accomplish and ends with a lot of hard work.
Remember to make sure that your goals are important to you and that they motivate you as well. Also, make sure you understand why you have created each one of them. Don't forget to make sure that you see your goals everyday along with your plan of action.

I'm a big fan of the S.M.A.R.T. method as well when it comes to setting goals and sticking to them. And I like that you included the need to write your goals down, keep them visible, and track them as you complete them. It was also great that you shared your weekly progress report too - especially the version with your hand-written notes. It shows you've been busy. :-)
