Simple Analytics

This has been quite a recent addition to Pinterest and how I wished google was as easy to understand.

Have captured some information for you to see I think it is quite self explanatory, what do you think !

It has a nice clean layout and gives you and idea of how you are doing with visitors I was quite surprised that anyone would be looking at my boards, I have not been using Pinterest for a long time and I am now focusing on building it more.

Again they have demographics and if you look at the other tab to the right it has interests so it not only tells you were people are coming from also gives you an idea of the interests that are attracting visitors to your boards. Oh just in case any men are reading the training it is not all about woman there are men that come on to and it is increasing.

You also get information from Pinterest on how many repins and what your top pins were. this easy is this to follow on the right hand top of image you will also see that you can export the data, which is helpful to target traffic and what works best for you.

Now one other cool features is that you can create a widget of your boards and place it in your website, if you have for instance you had a craft niche this could be useful to create a very visual presence without impacting to much on your site load. If you want to create a widget just go to the settings again and you will see this option.

Another recent addition to Pinterest is Promotion pins however this is only available in the USA and there is a waiting list.
