AIO Social Meta Setup (continued)

Continuing on with our AIO Social Meta feature setup.......

The next section will reveal the Social Profile Links settings. This is a pretty cool feature that I recently learned about.....

Yes, you'll stink your social profile links in the top box. Just the major ones like Twitter, Facebook, Google +. Then, you can select Person OR Organization - again, depending on how you plan to brand your website. I have chosen Organization because I'm listed in Local SEO places as a company. IF you are using your name, of course, select Person - I assume you've also used your profile image as the default mentioned on the previous page.

But, later on, Google Search will pick this up and you'll see some cool wee icons in when people search for you like this:

SWEET, right??

The utility used to pick this information up is known as the Google Knowledge Graph function: https://developers.google.com/structured-data/cust...

The following two sections of the AIO Social Meta feature are exclusively for Facebook and Twitter.

Other than my Twitter username, I currently have nothing in these boxes and my social sharing buttons work fine when I or anyone else shares out one of my posts....BECAUSE I handle it within each post and page. I'll show you how to force the image that you want shared. OG (Open Graph) generally will attempt to grab the first image it find - IF it's large enough.

So, for brevity, I'm going to skip going over them. I will be testing them out though when time permits.

Now, IF you have changed any of the settings on this AIO Social Meta page, don't forget to click the Update Options button at the bottom:

Okay, now that we have all this setup, let's go into a post and discuss what to do with it...

AND discuss how to check if there's a problem sharing on Facebook.

Grand, PJ.

On page 3 under the social profile link settings image, the first sentence, leave that spelling error in if you wish.
Why?
We all need the wonderful release of a good laugh during the learning process.

You're priceless and appreciated............:-))))))))))))))))

PJ, Thanks again for your training. I just ran into something today. When I type my address of my site: http://zootanicals.com I get the dreaded head pic when I'm trying to forward or post on social media. I can make each page do what I want like your training shows but where do I change it so when I type just my main root (my main .com address) the pic I want will appear? Thank you sir.
