Parent theme or child theme
When you have a parent theme, any change you cause in the editor are, most of the time, when you get an update, NOT sustainable, and you have to go over this ritual again. In that case bookmark this training.
When you have a child theme, the changes to the editor are sustainable. A one time job.

Not forgetting that any "update" to the theme will blow this away and it will need to be redone.

Hi Chris, that depends on if you have a childtheme or a parent theme, at a childtheme it will stay, as far as I know
