Instead of just writing copy, filling the page with information you have collected and want to share with your reader, create a deeper, more valuable and better convert-able content by asking yourself a few valuable questions, each time you create a piece of content. The following training applies to any type of post, whether long form or social media, and will help you gain more followers, achieve more clicks and essentially make more money

Content Creation Question # 1: Why should I care about this?

When creating your content, take time to consider and answer the question, why your reader should care about your piece of content or resource. Just like in school, when you wondered why in the world you are learning about a certain subject, those subjects that meant the most to you and all of us, are the ones where we were told how it applies to us.

Readers are essentially selfish. They do not care about your day, or your product, unless there is something in there for them. Answer this question in your content first. Always.

Thank you for providing this vital framework for us, Claudia:)
At the end there, could you please perhaps show me an example of
the reader using our info in multiple ways?
Thanks!

Indeed I can. I use this for my own posts.
Let me highlight my latest post on one of my websites:
Best Affiliate Programs For Bloggers: Subscription Boxes
http://missfiercelyindependent.com/best-affiliate-programs-for-bloggers-subscription-boxes
I established the why the reader should care (because the reader will make commission)
I established the facts (links to the programs)
I told them how to apply it (by signing up for the programs on ShareASale)
and
I gave them another way to apply that info (by telling them, how I tried the products for personal use AND for
marketing), and as someone mentioned in the comment section, these also make great gifts

Hope that helped showcase a practical application of this training.

Blessings

Claudia,
These are great tips. We always need to think of our audience first and how to make them want to keep coming back. That and being authentic are key to writing good content.

Great advice.
It's a thoughtful post for me.
I normally create content, but one of my fears is being misunderstood by my readers, since the way I express myself is very different from the way my audience do in the West.

My target audience would have been South Sudanese, but for many reasons, most of them don't even see what I write.

But, with this short training, I will put this advice into practice.
Thanks Claudia.
