LESSON 5: Subscription Settings - Membership Management

In case you missed it in Lesson 2, click on this "Account Settings" link to find your account settings page.

It is important to know that membership payments are always on auto renewal until you cancel your membership.

1. ACCOUNT STATUS - it will show either free or premium member

2. WA RANK - your current rank at Wealthy Affiliate

3. FOLLOWERS - the number of people who are following you.

4. WEBSITES - the number of websites you have created

5. BILLING STATUS - will show on what plan you are on (monthly, six monthly or yearly)

6. NEXT BILLING DATE - the date your next membership payment is due and it will be automatically be recovered.

7. NEXT BILLING AMOUNT - the amount due on your next payment.

8. OTHER INFO - from left to right.

• year joined,
• account setup complete,
• premium membership,
• at least one website ranks in Google,
• first website was created,
• levels completed in the certification course and
• number of years a member

9. ACCOUNT DATA - when you click on account data you will have the option to remove all your data stored at Wealthy Affiliate.

Make sure you have backed up EVERYTHING you want to keep for future use, including your websites, WA posts, training, etc. before you click this button.

Tip: If you are going to cancel your membership and think that you might return to WA in future DON'T use this option.

PS: Normally when you cancel your membership and resubscribe at some point again, you will still have access to almost all the info you left behind. If you request to remove your data, everything will be deleted.

I personally don't recommend you use this option, but it's a personal choice. If the main reason why you want to delete all your data is not to receive anymore emails from WA, there is a option to disable all your email notifications in Lesson 7.

10. STOP BILLING AND CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

VERY IMPORTANT: If you cancel your premium membership you do not have the option to go back to the FREE membership.
