Send an automated thank you style email for their purchase, allow them to access to a previously restricted area of your site, and give them their free item you promised. This is a crucial moment in the life of your business plan, and will either help generate repeat business, without which you could possibly lose your brand new consumer to someone who will treat them better. Remember, new consumers are a great catch, however, repeat business will keep your business alive in the long run. This should be one of your top priorities when building your article marketing action plan.
