I already had one affiliate program in mind. Yep. Amazon. So I went to Amazon and used the Creatives Tool to make up grids that I used to create my Page. The page automatically went into the Menu so there was nothing special to do there.

The remaining affiliate programs simply required the URL to use to get to their page. Once I had that (affiliate ID included), I added them to the Main Menu by using the Custom Link option.

The URL to get to their page went into the URL slot. The name I wanted to give the menu item went into the Link Text slot. To add it to the website I clicked on the Add to Menu button.

I repeated this for each affiliate program I planned to use. Now that the Main Menu is full, any future additions will have to go onto the Widget sidebar.

All that was left was the blog post(s).

Next Up: Write and post a blog; leave plenty of room for future postings.
