Where are the #Hashtags Located?

Below is an example of how Google comes up with hashtags should you not include any within your text. They appear at the upper right hand side of all posts.

Here, Google is recommending two hashtags for me, #Wine and #Winemaking.

In this image below, I've added two hashtags of my own into the comment.

You'll see that there are now three tags on the right, two of mine and one of Google's.

The one that appears beside #Winemaking and indicated by a blue stripe (in the box on the right) has been added by Google.

Those manually tagged by me, #Wine and #winemaker have gray stripes beside them.

Blue marker = added by Google

Gray marker = added by you.

Now, how to use them..

I was always wondering how the hashtags are applied. The only ones I have were added by Google.

You and me both, Gordi. There is so much to learn and I wonder if one can really catch up. Thank God for the folks at WA who are willing to share their knowledge to empower the rest of us.
