5. Novel:
We must present something that’s new for our readers. They are following what we’re saying because they want to learn something they had ignored up to this point. This makes our message interesting for them.
6. Texture:
The feelings that we evoke in our readers with the words we employ are important. As you know each word has its own range of meanings. We must be careful not to use words that have irritating connotations. We must use words that are appealing to our audience.
7. Aspirations:
We must make our readers have aspirations after they read or hear our message. This means our readers respond to what we’re telling them. And they want to pursue what we have presented them. We must always give our readers ideas to dream about. We must make them embrace goals and encourage them to follow them with realistic facts that show they can attain those goals.
I like to go back and study the sites that I enjoy going to and ask myself why do I like this site? It has helped me immensely when creating my own articles and navigation.
