First Amazon Sale - After less than a week ?!?
I just read a WA blog about someone making their first Amazon affiliate sale. I am always so jealous of those posts but they keep me motivated. I signed up for the Amazon program less than a week ago and I don't think I have much traffic to my site yet, but I decided to go see if I can find my tracking page because I had no clue where it even is.
My jaw dropped to see that I have had 5 clicks already plus one sale that has earned me $0.16. Not much money, but I jumped for joy (literally) because I did not expect to have a sale until I got my traffic up. I am beyond excited to have that 16 cents because it means someone out there has actually read my content!
Is there any way to tell what item they bought? Or where those 5 clicks came from? It would help me see what parts of my content are working this early on.

You can see what they bought by clicking on the "View Full Report" line that is in the Monthly summary box. That will take you to another screen where you can analyse the clicks per day.
From here, if you click on the date (in blue to represent a hyperlink) it will expand to show you what people bought.
Okay, that helped. Thank you! My blue date doesn't expand to anything but other date options, but I hit the download reports and generated a report that downloaded and showed me the product purchased.
It is a wonderful feeling for that first earning from Amazon! I have also wanted to know the answer to your question so will keep track of this discussion and hope that someone does have an answer. I'm just sorry that I do not know the answer yet. Good luck!
It was so unexpected! I'm kind of nervous to write another post now that someone is actually reading it lol Hopefully someone will have an answer for us, or I will find it somewhere by searching around online.
