Become Healthier in 2023

Becoming Healthier doesn't always involve losing weight, it's more about being able to live life!
The absolute best thing that we can do to be a better, GrandMother, GrandFather, Mom, Dad, Friend & Person is to become healthier.
The screenshot collage below, top right isn't me.....
Not long ago I weighed 299 pounds (bottom front pic below) and it scared me as I've never weighed 300 pounds.
Top left pic is a current picture of me at 259 pounds.
Goal weight is 225 as that's what I weighed when I was Honorably Discharged from the United States Army in 1991.
I was also on 6 prescription drugs back then, in constant pain due to chronic arthritis everywhere, type 2 diabetic, enlarged prostate, depressed, stressed, not sleeping well etc......
I now take no prescription drugs and have better numbers than I've had in many years!
Now that I'm not in constant pain, I'm going to become more active.

That's great to hear Tony, I'm not a huge fan of prescription drugs (any drugs for that matter) I can see the benefits at times for those who truly need them, but..... I do think that the quacks these days just deal them out, without knowing what they are really doing! (My opinion here only people!!)
The best medicine is always eating healthy, getting some daily exercise, sleeping well and having fun! (My opinion again as I am not a medical expert)!!

You're welcome, the change in your body is obvious! I'm in the training too, I would show some pictures as well, but, you know, Holidays and all the goodies... I'll wait 'til February or maybe March :D
