Could I also maybe suggest that you change niches from MMO to one of your own choosing, based on your passions, hobbies and interests? With the MMO niche and promoting WA, you will be referring (or as you put it “recruiting”) members to WA. But reading between the lines, you do not appear to like or trust the WA platform, members and training. I am therefore very confused as to why you would want to refer others here and to become their Coach?

I am sorry if you feel that I have offended you, but I did not expect to get an answer like yours when I was trying to solve a problem seriously. There is nothing wrong with that, it is supposed to be there.

I try to keep most of my meta titles short so they don't go into the red. But I still use a minimum of four words in my keyword, it's just the second bit I reduce. I hope this helps.

No, you do not need to contact Jay. His information is correct. The box above the colored box is where you can type, my mistake. The colored box just counts the number of letters and spaces you type into the box above it.

Slow down when it comes to accusing people of providing wrong false information here, that goes against everything WA stands for.

WA is an amazing place and people here are trying to help you. Often when I do not understand something it is an issue with me, not the person trying to help me.

It is also important to remember that, our hard work and ability to preserve until we make things work will lead to our success. People here provide training but it is our job to do the work, explore and practice until we get it right.

Jay has not provided wrong information. If you go to your All in One SEO Settings you will see that you have the global defaults set to %PostTitle% | %SiteTitle%

If you have created your Post Title correctly, you do not need to edit/touch/change the Meta Title

Google will only display the first 60 characters of your title on desktop searches and 40 characters on mobile searches. However, it will not penalise you if you go over 60 characters, it will simply be truncated. You do not want to remove your site title from the settings though, as this is your branding. It will show up in many other places other than search results, such as social media and bookmarks etc.

Just ensure that the first 40 characters of your title are the most captivating and engaging section, that also includes your keyword.

I see what part of the issue is, Tomoko has created a post with the same name as the site title / domain name, which makes it look as if it is appearing twice. They would be better off renaming their post. I have taken a quick look at their website and they are a “recruiter” for WA. I am therefore under the impression that this post is their first post following the Bootcamp Training and is therefore a WA Review. It would be far better if this was renamed as a review rather than the same name as their website.

If this is your first and only, as you only have 3 posts so far, could I suggest that you complete all 7 levels of the Bootcamp Training before you move on to supplemental training from the community, step-by-step so that you do not miss anything. You will obtain a far better understanding that way of how to build your website.

I have attached all the information including URL where he answered incorrectly in below. He answered yes to put Meta Title on copy 2 (on my screen) like copy 1 (Jay's screen).

I don't see any training regarding SEO besides level 1 from Kyle that's why I had to take this. I have build total of 4 websites. Two of them were build when I was a starter, but I deleted one of them out of frustration. And one of them has too many technical issue. My third one I build when I was a premium according to Jay's video as I was advised by one of WA member, but I figured out that it was too advanced for me. The fourth one, I build according to Kyle's instruction on Level 1. It is the best one I have for now. This is a wonderful community but nothing in this world is perfect @magistudios

I'm really struggling to see the issue here, as Jay has provided you with the answers, along with many members here. You were asking for clarification whether Jay said 15 or 50 and he confirmed this to you as 50.

As per my message above, desktop searches on Google only show the first 60 characters of your title, anything over this is ok, it just will not be displayed.

The appending of your site name on the end is normal and is controlled by your SEO plugin, as previously mentioned. The default config for your global settings is set to the following:

%post_title% | %site_title%

This can be found going into WordPress and clicking on All in One SEO -> General Settings and scroll down to Title Settings

If you do not want your Site Title being appended (highly NOT recommended, I.e. you should not touch this setting), you can remove the following:

| %site_title%

Jay has not provided incorrect advice here, he is simply stating that you can override the default setting of using your Page / Post Title. But if you have set your Page / Post Title correctly, you do not need to enter it again or to alter it in the Meta Title field.
