FaceBook Is About You! My View on Facebook!
Good morning my friends and fans!
It is a while, lot's of things going on, I will create another blog about that soon. :) For now I like to write about my experience with FaceBook I made in the last 2-3 months.
I believe FaceBook is about you and a wonderful tool to use to connect with people on a personal level, interact and make new social connections. Talk with real people, who they are in personal life, a behind the scenes.
In addition it is very powerfull too as you can reach in this way thousands or millions of people to see you for who you are and convert that power into real business. In combination with Instagram we all can benefit from.
I believe and that is my point to it, social interaction is the way I like to use FaceBook.
FaceBook's Algorythm: See What You Like!
You must know that FaceBook introduced a new algotythm recently and let's you show what you click most and shows those people's posts on your timeline. This is important to know as it will affect your business. If people react on your rarely personal messages, they will start seeing your advertisements about your blogs and affiliate program links to websites you put up.
For many this is very annoying and can result in avoiding you in the future. You will lose the oppertunity to find out, what people move to interact with you in the first place.
But how do I show the people what business I do?
There is an easy solution to this. You create a page and there you post your newest blogs and any kind of advertisement you like the people to know about.
In addition you can create groups and invite people to join your specific niche to talk about.
In this way you keep your personal account for what it should be:

I wrote this article, because I saw too many people using it to push their blogs and businesses through on their personal channel. And I won't connect with you avoiding your advertisements about your business I saw.
Do it like the way it is meant to be, create your FaceBook page and Groups! Be the real person to talk behind the scenes, the person behind your business, the creator of the blogs, the author of your book people can interact with.
Build your fan reader followership and see how much you will gain over time!

So true, so true. Saw on TV the '4 people involved in a social media conversation' — real you, real other and the two online persona that we're presenting to each other.
Can't work in marketing, 'cause if you don't do what you say, if you're not genuine it will be all too soon discovered....

Thank you for reading my post. You hit the nail. FaceBook is just another platform and we should use it in a way it was always supposed to use for.
Oh that one... It is all about liking... :)) I got my website name too... and will build a project there one day....

That's why I have two one for my personal use and my business account. Business is for business and my personal one is only my real life friends and family members.
I have use FB for a long time and I'm not the type to post what I do every hour or throw tantrums and air it out on FB.
I turned off all notifications because it gets annoying.
That can work, however you could get more followers if you would have a fan page under your private page, so your friends and family can see what you do.
I agree with the notifications, sometimes it is just too much, especially as I am not 24/24 on FaceBook.

We can only make our dream a reality if we stay focused on what we want to build and set things in motion to make this change happening.
I am currently in the middle of that phase, to change my life 100% in a new turn and that takes a lot of work and commitment. To reach my goal and raise funding for my project, I decided to convert 90% of all my belongings into an investment for my project.
Meanwhile I maintain social media and work on the website, which got behind track, but I need to do the change first before I can continue to be able to fully concentrate and only work for my dream project as my new lifestyle.
Once in a while I am in the chat helping people and say hello. Writing blogs here takes time, so I write once in a while to talk about experiences and help, so others can learn from that and be a better affiliate marketer.

As for my improvement here at WA, every content that I post starts indexing very fast in Google, and pray this will be the 'Lighthouse' leading to getting massive referrals.

What a good idea, nice and tidy and only people that wish to discuss your particular subject will visit your page. I too get tired of adverts in my feed.

Hi Jae, there is another option in FaceBook letting you select which people's post you want to see first, in this way you can prioritize what you want to appear first as well.

Happy to hear that Barb. FaceBook is very powerful to reach real audience, if used in the way it was meant to be. Fans will buy anything from you, no matter what, the first level of trust and that is what we learn here, build trust. With advertisements you don't build trust, being the real you for your fans will.
That takes more time, but will pay out on the long run.
