Just to add, yup Jeannine wil definitely advise you and steer you in the right direction.
BUT
I woud hazard a guess that you've been declined due to the amount of content you have on your site.
Realistically, when it comes to applying to affiliate networks, it's NOT about what they can do for you, but rather what you can do for them.
Remember, that these companies earns millions, perhaps billions of $$$ every year, and they have many affiliates who have HUGE websites, lots of traffic, and are making a lot of sales.
Therefore, the more content you have on your site (there's no "set rule" or "set number", but I would personally always say to have somewhere between 30-50 published articles on your site before applying to any affiliate network - remember a website is there to provide guidance and help to your visitors, not simply to sell, sell, sell).
Hope that makes sense!

im just starting the 3rd section of the training and have posted 15 articles. I havent had any traffic yet to my website but i am google indexed.
Do you know what?
WELL DONE YOU!
I would say that this puts you ahead of about 99.99% of newcomers to this industry, because you've TAKEN ACTION.
So, a very well done for that.
I would say most people who've been here a while know my "philosophy" around creating a website, which is almost "kill your readers with kindness to start off with" by providing lots of helpful informational articles that tackle their problems for the first 1-2 months BEFORE even thinking about wiritng product reviews or promoting products.
Here you go you can read this which explains how I would go about starting a new website. Allow Me to Blow Your NEW WEBSITE Creation Mind Partha
