I am confused with my comments
I have recieved a comment from my own website? It is rather confusing so I have a picture. What does this mean? I accepted the comment and now there is a link at the end of the post.

You do not want to approve comments like this. In this case, it is a pingback (which means they linked to your blog).
I would not recommend that approve comments that do not add value to your overall content (as a rule of thumb). You are in control of your comments, so choose content that actually speaks to your content and the improves the overall discussion when you approve it.

Then if it is in your spam box or whatever is called you should delete it. Don't accept them they will hurt your rankings. I had a site ranking on page 2 and it went to page 19 or above for accepting messages from the spam box.
Then that could also be a plugin. do you have a plugin called "Yet another related posts plugin"? That's what the plugin does it makes a comment with a link so that the google crawler bot's can crawl through your site.
Its called spamming, this happens all the time, always check before approving a comment, You will have to get used to this in the world of internet marketing

I think it is something that you have written on your blog and wordpress has created a comment this happens to me as well on one of my blogs, just delete it
It is but should I do it on not? I accepted it to see if it was a comment or what and it appeared as a link.
Will be following this as I had the same thing happen to me and I just deleted the comment.
