So the keyword I am looking to use is gain weight fast metabolism. If I add a with to make it gain weight with fast metabolism will that have any effect?

A touch of background:
The conversation was about "create website free" and if it was appropriate to add Stop words and expect the same results as Jaaxy showed for the original search.

Always search the data for the keyword that makes sense. In this case:
"create a website for free"
The reason is that this is your true competition. If you get ranked under this term, there is a good chance you will be getting ranked under the "create website free" term as well.
The reason there are keywords like this is because these are actual keywords that get searched in high volume because of Google Instant, which predicts your search as you type things in (and it removes words like a, in, if, etc unless you explicitly write them in).
Do not try to target keywords with your pages/posts if they don't make sense and make sure you also look at the keyword data for the keyword that actually makes sense as well and you will be good to go.

I came across a web directory and was wondering if it is a good idea to submit your website to these? If so, what are some good ones?
Generally speaking if there is not a learning module or sub-section thereof on here, the juice ain't worth the squeeze, as they say...
To add to that submitting to the wrong one could potentially put your site in a a "bad neighborhood" ... Meaning that evidently some back links can be counted as negative if Google sees them as malicious or an attempt to circumvent their algorithm. Google themselves announced they would do this. I tend to think this is wrong... because you could intentionally hurt a competitor, but many think Google is not bluffing about that.

There is little benefit in doing this because the Search Engines do not really look at Web Directories. You are going to benefit from spending that time writing and publishing more content on your site. You can definitely submit your website to a directory, but don't expect much form it.

I have a fitness/bodybuilding website. I went ahead and downloaded the body building secret revealed ebook and edited it to include some of my own content and I signed up on Aweber.

Absolutely do one. If you know how to do it now and you have some content, then go ahead. Usually free PLR are all over the place, so you might be careful what you put out to give away. Make sure it is well written and the content is not outdated.
Thank you for your response. I just wanted to make sure that free PLR is okay and I would not get into legal trouble by using a free one. I will be sure to read through the ebook before sending it out!
