Not Letting Bad News Affect Me
Hi everyone,
I went for a blood test and CT scan yesterday. Oncologist ordered it over a month ago, to see how my insides are doing after the successful cancer removal surgery.
The blood test showed my kidneys not doing well. As such, there was a risk to do the CT scan because they needed to inject a contrast agent into me. The agent was to help brighten up my insides so that they can see better from the scan.
But the agent has a negative effect on a person's kidneys. With my kidneys weakened, the risk is higher. They informed me and I eventually chose not to have the agent injected into me.
(I kept wondering why they allow such agent to be injected to people if there is this risk?)
I am a little disappointed with the results.
After cancer and colostomy, and after a successful recovery from both, I had hoped to have a healthier life. To not have any more issues. It is sad to hear such news from the radiologist.
But then again, I do note that this particular hospital is always finding something wrong with patients. It happened to my late father, too. When he was hospitalized, they kept testing and scanning him. When we asked what was happening, they could not give us answers. And when we asked what they could do about the things they suspected, they said there was nothing they could do. Only detect and treat to delay the worst.
In the end, we told them to stop all the tests and release my late dad. He did live on for many years after that.
So, my thoughts are that this hospital is the type that treats their patients like guinea pigs. Testing and always finding something.
The other hospital, where I had my cancer and ostomy removal surgeries, is better. Maybe because they have too many patients and they rather heal and release their patients than overcrowd their facilities?
Anyway, next Monday I have a medical review with the earlier hospital. If there is more negative news, I am going to ask to transfer to the latter hospital (the better one).
Meantime, I will keep practicing holistic healing - meditation, listening to healing frequencies, drinking healing herbal tea, good diet and exercise.

I think that hospital is driven by profits. Hence, the constant search for ailments to keep the patient there.
In fact, the 1st colorectal surgeon at that hospital admitted that he has less experience in cases like mine. And recommended me to the better hospital because the surgeons there have more experience. Which I later found to be true.
It seems to be true for all other health matters at that hospital.
Yes, I will ask for a transfer during my next medical review which will be next Mon.

Thanks you Timothy and great to hear with your Reiki I did my course many years ago to the teacher level 3 in fact with three different teachers to cover any other bits and pieces mostly the Usui Reiki.
Certainly a wonderful method plus used to do healing since the early 90's amongst other modalities in spirituality and new age.
Learned a lot as a result that really helped me move forward in a better light and in life overall.

I was introduced to Reiki in the early 2000s. But my spirit guide told me not to learn it.
Later, I found out why. I downloaded information from Spirit about a way to do healing with Divine Love energy. I channeled a meditation on how to use it to heal.
I shared it on my Flowing Love Meditation website.
I have come to learn that Reiki is just a term that means spiritual energy. In fact the Japanese words for Reiki is similar to the Chinese word for spiritual energy.
Usui Reiki is a way of using that spiritual energy to heal and do many other spiritual things. It is the same with the Divine Love energy.

Wonderful to hear Timothy that is why I choose Usui as that is the original way to the other forms of Reiki.
All the others Reiki forms are really just fluffed up versions to make it sound different and unique along with the added various signs and words used.
At the time also due to the war it became the norm at one point to make up a different form of Reiki to sound unique and awe-inspiring and be able to charge a fortune at the time.
That made it sound that only certain people could use the energy but also had to pay a fortune to learn it and for most wasn't shared as it was supposed to be secretive.
that is why to this day frow on others sharing the symbols to the public without having the proper training and qualifications.
In reality if you bring it down ito simple basics it is all energy healing channeled mainly via hands from the Universal light. You can call that many names but it all is form one source that we all have the ability to use as it is part of us from within.
just need to learn how to use it the right way regardless of the name or the symbols used besides you don't need symbols you just need to right mindset to re-connect that energy we all have already and be able to flow that through us to ourselves or others who may be of need.
The energy is always there it is up to that individual if they want to accept it.
