Gratitude and Healing
I dread medical appointments at the hospital.
It reminds me of the terrible times in the past.
Yesterday, around noon, I set out for another of these appointments.
I did my best to think positive thoughts.
And be grateful for everything I saw: the trees, the sun, the clouds, the flowers.
My hope was gratitude would replace the trepidation.
Months ago, urologist said blood test showed trouble with kidney. He said must do surgery. I refused and asked for alternatives.
He ordered a renal scan that was done last week. He wanted to use the scan to prove that surgery was necessary.
Yesterday's medical appointment was a review of the scan results.
And good news!
No issues with kidney.
I had used the same holistic healing I did to heal from cancer.
And I am glad it worked for my kidneys too.
Urologist was stumped.
Me, I am happy!
So happy and excited that I am in good health that I could not sleep until 2 to 3 am last night. hahahha

Everything else is going all right.
I was silent last week because after the renal scan, I felt the need to isolate and have some 'me' time.
